Address Book — Save a "Contact" Address

  • Open your Chimera App.

  • A new window will open.

  • On the bottom navigation bar, tap "Settings".

  • In the "Account" section, tap "Address book".

  • A new window will open with two tabs: "My Accounts" and "Contacts".

  • Tap the "Contacts" tab.

  • Tap "ADD NEW CONTACT" at the bottom, or the "+" icon in the top-right corner.

  • A new window ("New Address") will open.

  • Under Address Type, select:

    • "Ark Address" — for ARK network addresses.

    • "Bitcoin Address" — for Bitcoin mainnet addresses.

  • Under Save As, select "Contact".

  • In the Label (optional) field, name the contact (e.g. "Mario — rent", "Alice savings").

  • In the Address field, paste from clipboard, tap the scan icon, or tap the paste icon.

  • Tap "ADD ACCOUNT".

  • The contact appears under "Contacts" and becomes a quick-select option in the SEND flow.

IMPORTANT Never type an address by hand. Copy/paste or scan. Wrong character = funds gone, no recovery.

IMPORTANT The Address Type must match what the contact gave you. Mismatched formats break transactions and burn funds.

IMPORTANT Verify any new contact address through a second channel — in person, signed message.

IMPORTANT The Address Book is the same in Settings and Apps. Add once, access anywhere.
