Open your Chimera App.
A new window will open.
On the Home page, tap the "SEND" button.
A new window will open.
Select "Bitcoin" from the asset list.
On the network screen, select "Native Chain" as the network.
Paste the recipient's Bitcoin mainnet address into the "Recipient address" field. Alternatively, scan the provided QR code or select a contact from the address book.
Tap "CONTINUE".
Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to send.
Select the desired fee level (dynamic, based on current network conditions).
Review the transaction summary (amount, fees, total).
Tap "CONFIRM" and authenticate with your passkey to broadcast the transaction to the Bitcoin network.
Average first confirmation time is about 10 minutes, depending on network congestion and the fee selected.
IMPORTANT Send ONLY to a valid Bitcoin mainnet or ARK-compatible address. Any other address type will result in permanent and irreversible loss of funds.
IMPORTANT Do NOT type the address manually. Always copy/paste or scan the QR code to avoid errors.
IMPORTANT On-chain Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once broadcast. Double-check the recipient address before confirming.
IMPORTANT Fees on the Bitcoin network are dynamic — they depend on how fast you want the transaction confirmed and how the sending wallet handles fee estimation.
