Track the current state of any bank transfer order from within the app.
To check the current status of your deposit, tap "VIEW ORDER STATUS" on the Bank Deposit screen.
A new window ("Order Status") will open showing:
Order ID — unique identifier for your order (e.g. uas4mvzs...)
Status — current state (e.g. WAITING FOR DEPOSIT, PROCESSING, COMPLETED)
From — the EUR amount of the transfer (e.g. 500 EUR)
To — the Bitcoin network receiving the funds (e.g. BTC-ARK)
Created — timestamp when the order was created
Expires — timestamp when the order will expire if no payment is received
Reference Code — the code you must include in your bank transfer description
Tap "REFRESH STATUS" to manually update the order state.
Tap "BACK TO WALLET" to return to the main wallet view.
IMPORTANT The order status is the single source of truth for your transfer. If your bank confirms the transfer as sent but the Chimera status has not updated, tap REFRESH STATUS before contacting support — bank settlement may still be in progress.
IMPORTANT If the order expires before your bank transfer is received, the order is closed automatically. Any incoming funds after expiration may be returned by the bank minus applicable fees, and no Bitcoin will be credited.
